Terms & Conditions
By enrolling in the Smith & McKenzie Steak House Loyalty Program, members agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Smith & McKenzie reserves the right to make decisions regarding the Program in its sole discretion.

• Smith & McKenzie Steakhouse reserves the right to terminate, modify, or suspend the Program at any time, with or without notice. This includes changes to the points earning rate, reward structure, or any other aspect of the Program.

• Points are accumulated at the rate of 1 point for each $1 spent on food and drink purchases.
• Every 20 points has a $1 value for you to redeem at Smith & McKenzie Steak House for food and beverages.
• Points will be automatically redeemed when they reach the nominated amount of 400 points.
• The maximum number of reward points that may be redeemed in a single transaction is limited to a $100.00 reward.
• Points cannot be used to purchase vouchers and will not be awarded when using vouchers for payment.
• Points are credited to your account when presenting your card to your server at the restaurant or bar.
• Points can only be accumulated on the first $1,000 spent in any one transaction.
• Only the member paying the account may accumulate points.
• Members cannot get credit for visits prior to receiving a Steakholders card.
• Members must be aged 18 years or older.
• Points are non-transferable.
• Points cannot be redeemed for cash.
• Any errors on guest receipts must be adjusted on the day the transaction was made.
• Accounts will be deactivated, and points lost if not used within 12 months.
• Smith & McKenzie Steak House may cancel any account suspected of being misused.
• Card replacements will be charged at $5 each.
• Smith & McKenzie Steak House is not liable for points or rewards lost due to fraudulent or unauthorized use including.
fraud caused by lost or stolen cards.
• This program includes tiered memberships with different benefits. Advancement to higher tiers is based on qualifying purchases within a specific timeframe and at management discretion.
• Smith & McKenzie Steak House may offer special promotions exclusively to loyalty program members. Terms and conditions for these promotions will be communicated separately.
• By enrolling in the Program, members agree to receive communications from Smith & McKenzie Steak House regarding the loyalty program, including but not limited to promotional offers, updates, and other relevant information.
• Smith & McKenzie Steak House will collect and use member data in accordance with relevant privacy policies.
• Any disputes regarding points or rewards must be submitted in writing to Smith & McKenzie Steak House within 30 days of the incident.
