Smith & McKenzie is a restaurant designed as a tribute to the old New York steakhouse. Inside is a blend of industrial and modern themes combined with historical butchery elements.

By dry-aging our steak and using a slow cooking technique, we ensure a memorable steak dinner experience. The bar has an extensive wine list and also offers the Heineken Star draught range of beers on tap including Heineken, Tiger, Export 33 and some of the Monteiths range. We have also recently put Lagunita's on tap, America's top selling Ipa. It is a venue for all occasions from a casual after work drink, a casual long lunch to a complete evening dining experience.

The restaurant space succeeds in being simultaneously rustic and inviting with rich details. Interior details include an homage to a traditional "meat locker" interior with finished rimu planks covering part of the length of the upstairs wall, butcher blocks recessed into the bar, and vintage meat hooks that have been transformed into hanging lights above the restaurant bars.
