This December, we’re adding an extra touch of sparkle to the season with our Christmas Chef’s Table Degustation — a truly special dining experience available for one month only at Smith & McKenzie.
Priced at $109 per person, this exclusive five-course degustation is available for groups of 4 to 12 guests, making it the perfect way to celebrate with friends, family, or colleagues.
Our talented culinary team has crafted a festive journey that celebrates the joy of Christmas through flavour, creativity, and presentation. Each dish showcases the best of the season, blending traditional comfort with modern flair.
The experience begins with a delicate Amuse-Bouche — a Pumpkin Doughnut paired with confit garlic and pico de gallo — the perfect teaser of what’s to come. From there, the menu unfolds with dishes like a bright and zesty Ceviche of the Day, a rich Pulled Duck Tart, and a beautifully tender Sous Vide Eye Fillet served with elegant accompaniments. To finish, a Matcha Tiramisu offers a festive twist on a beloved classic — light, indulgent, and the perfect finale to a memorable evening.
