A New Chapter for Tuesdays at Smith & McKenzie
Goodbye Quiz Night Hello Steak & Eggs
After many years, countless questions, fiercely competitive teams, questionable answers and plenty of Tuesday night banter, the Smith & McKenzie Quiz Night has come to an end.
It’s been quite the ride.
For years, Tuesday nights have been about gathering your team, grabbing a drink, arguing over the answers and discovering just how much you apparently don’t know about everything from music and movies to history, sport and the completely random things nobody knew they needed to know!
We’ve loved being part of those Tuesday nights, and we want to say a genuine thank you to everyone who has joined us over the years, brought their teams along, battled it out for the win and made Tuesday nights what they were.
But after many years, we think it’s time for a change.
So… what’s next?
We are not quite ready to reveal everything just yet, but one thing we can promise is that Tuesdays at Smith & McKenzie are far from finished.
We are already looking at some new and exciting ideas for the New Year, with more reasons to get together, eat well, have a drink and enjoy a great night out.
Think of it as a new chapter.
And while we work on what’s coming next, we’ve got something pretty delicious to keep Tuesday nights going…

And then comes Christmas…
While we’re looking ahead to the New Year, we’re also heading into one of our favourite times of the year – Christmas!
The festive season is already starting to take shape at Smith & McKenzie, with Christmas functions, end-of-year celebrations, weddings, special occasions and plenty more on the horizon.
From relaxed gatherings in the Garden Bar to celebrations in our McKenzie Room and larger events throughout the venue, there’s plenty happening as we head towards the end of the year.
And if you’re still trying to organise your Christmas function… now is a very good time to get in touch.
We’ve got some exciting festive food, drinks and experiences planned, and we’d love to help you finish the year with a celebration worth remembering.
Tuesday is changing. And we think you’re going to like it.
