Something exciting is happening at Smith & McKenzie. We’ve taken our Chef’s Table and created two unique dining experiences designed for celebrations, special occasions and those nights when you want something a little extraordinary.
Located right beside our kitchen, the Chef’s Table puts you close to the action and gives groups of 6–10 guests an intimate steakhouse experience with a dedicated server for the evening.
The Butcher Experience – POA
For those who believe the best celebrations should centre around incredible food, The Butcher Experience is our ultimate steakhouse feast.
The experience begins with warm artisan bread and our signature house whip before the arrival of The Grand Feast.
Taking centre stage is our show-stopping 24-hour Braised Thor’s Hammer Beef Shin, surrounded by premium cuts, slow-braised lamb and whole flame-grilled chicken. Add generous steakhouse sides and our signature house-made sauces and you have a feast made for sharing.
To finish, there’s The Chocolate Finale – a decadent Chocolate Tart with Passionfruit Sorbet & Caramel Crisp.

The Signature Experience – $130pp
For something more refined and completely bespoke, our Signature Experience is a four-course menu thoughtfully curated by our Executive Chef.
Beginning with The Welcome, followed by a bespoke seasonal entrée, The Signature Course and a seasonal Sweet Finale, every menu gives our Chef the freedom to create something special for the occasion.
Premium produce, bold flavours and our signature Smith & McKenzie style – with no two experiences needing to be exactly the same.
